Don’t Stop, You’re A Boss Babe

This has been one of the most stressful, busy, and confusing points in my life; yet has produced the biggest growth in myself. Life has definitely thrown some curveballs at me - the type where you just want to curl up in a ball and cry because you feel like everything is falling apart. I’ve realized that these moments aren’t what defines me, it’s how I get past it and let the experience shape me into the better version of myself. By letting myself experience these emotions, I get a chance to listen to myself and reevaluate how to obtain what I want. It can’t rain forever. Get back up the next day and keep going. You can’t have the same actions and expect a different outcome. My mantra is to trust in the process and what’s meant to happen will. The universe knows what it has in store for you, it just needs to make sure you’re ready. I haven’t always been this positive but it’s like learning a new skill. You need to have exposure and train your mind then eventually it becomes second nature.

We all have coping mechanisms to prevent burnout and life is not one thing you want to run from. Positivity is the key to a wonderful and sane life. I can honestly say I don’t regret any of my experiences or choices because everything is either a lesson or blessing. I would not be the well-rounded individual I am today without it.
