We all live in such a high stress and fast pace society that sometimes we need to click pause for a second otherwise you’ll burnout. Find something healthy to commit yourself to that is spiritually uplifting and positive. Mine is yoga. I highly recommend it and even hot yoga if you can (sweat out those toxins). It helps you connect with your mind and body along with escaping reality for a little. When you learn to love yourself it’s the type of power that no one can ever take away from you.
